London Swimming is pleased to announce its first conference dedicated to London’s Aquatic Workforce!

This exciting new conference is completely free and will offer delegates the chance to hear motivational speakers, participate in workshops and network with fellow professionals. Delegates will also have the option to register for some fantastic Institute of Swimming CPD seminars, which will also be offered free of charge.

The conference is a full day event running from 9am to 7.30pm on Thursday 18th February 2010 at Westminster Academy, during which aquatics teachers and coaches can access workshops and CPD seminars to help up-skill London’s aquatics workforce. Delegates can book onto one, two or all three sessions during the day depending on their area of interest.

The morning session will be focused on Disabilities Swimming, School Swimming delivery and FUNdamentals. The afternoon will focus on Teaching Pool delivery and the evening will be focused on Long Term Athlete Development. Places are limited so please book without delay to avoid disappointment.
