Adult Learners’ Week Awards
For Adult Learners’ Week 2009, the PRO-ACTIVE London Partnerships are sponsoring the “Learning through Sport” award, a specific award targeting sports and fitness learners in London.
Every year thousands of learners overcome personal difficulties and obstacles to improve their lives through learning. And every year thousands of teachers, tutors and support staff are not aware that they could nominate their learners for awards. Most learners will never have their effort recognised outside the class.
You can put this right by nominating them for an award. There are regional and national awards for individuals, whole classes and complete projects.
All learners get a certificate presented to them at the regional award ceremony, whether they win a prize or not. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to see their achievements recognised at a regional level.

• or fill in a nomination form on-line.
Just complete one nomination form by Wednesday 21st January 2009 to enter your learners for ALL awards.
