Topmark Sports Coaching are expanding our primary schools coaching and after school provision in south east London. We are seeking experienced qualified sports coaches to deliver PPA curriculum time lessons and after school clubs, to start in either the next school term in June, or the new school year in September 2012.
The hours of work are anytime between 8am-3pm during the normal school day, and after school clubs generally 3.30pm-4.30pm. Depending on your level of experience and qualifications, you could have up to 20 hours a week work.
The ideal candidate is someone enthusiastic, flexible, reliable, loves working with primary school children and has a keen interest in sport and children’s welfare. We are looking for coaches who have a varied interest, qualifications and direct experience in a variety of sports, ranging from football to basketball, unihoc, dance, gymnastics, tennis, multi-skills and other sports. A level 2 coaching qualification in at least 1 sport is essential, and additional Level 1 or 2 qualifications in other sports is desirable. Some experience of working with children between the ages of 5-11 years old in either a school or otherwise setting is essential, and 1-2 years desirable.
