The Arts and Leisure Services' Sports Development is currently looking for a number of fitness/ dance instructors to assist with the delivery of their 'Active for Life' programme.
The current activities that we offer are:
- Water Based or Aqua aerobics
- Exercise to Music
- Chair Based Exercise
- Cardiac Rehab Phase IV
- Fitness Walking
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Tai Chi
- Salsa
- Line Dancing
We are looking for instructors that would be avaliable to cover classes but also take on new weekly sessions around the borough.
