As part of the Sport England funded Club and Coach Programme, England Netball seeks to appoint a Regional Talent Coach in London & the South East (covering the London Boroughs) to coach, mentor and manage players and coaches involved in the England Netball Regional Talent Development Programmes (RTDPs). The Regional Talent Coach will work with partner agencies such as universities / colleges and target clubs to develop playing and coaching opportunities in accordance with key local and regional partnerships.
The key responsibilities include
•Direct, oversee and deliver regional club and coach programmes.
•Lead the regional talent and screening process.
•Provide a clear lead on coaching philosophy, mentoring coaches within the RTDP, Satellite / County Academies and identified clubs.
•Provide a regional lead role in terms of athlete management.
•Work with the Regional Manager, Regional Netball structures and partners to achieve identified targets.
Successful applicants will have:
•England Netball Level Two Award Coach working towards Level Three.
•Up to date knowledge of Netball at all levels and performance standards.
•Experience of mentoring and guiding coaches at Satellite / County Academies and identified clubs.
•Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver key aims and objectives.
