The Middlesex County Football Association is seeking to appoint an U17 Coach for their Centre of Excellence for Disability subject to funding. We are proud to have the opportunity to establish this centre in conjunction with the Football Association. The U17 Coach will need to report regularly to the Centre Director with an aim of attracting the most talented players from the county with a disability to attend. On identifying suitable players it will be the U17 Coach responsibility to conduct quality sessions and manage the team on match days with support from the Assistant Coach.
Requirements:
• Level 2 coach working towards Level 3
• Have a willingness to coach on weekends as well as travelling with the team to away fixtures and attending home games
• Must have an understanding of working in the disabled community
• An ability to identify talented players with a disability
• Have a commitment to attending all sessions taking place at the centre
• Completed and clean Football Association Criminal Records Bureau Certificate
• Attended a Child Protection course
• Completed suitable Equity training
• Completed Basic First Aid trainingClosing Date: 14.01.2008
