It is our intention to build on our core programme of activity by working with a wide range of local groups, clubs, and sporting agencies to develop resources and ensure the sustainability of sport in the borough. As part of our continuing drive for excellence, we wish to appoint an experienced and capable person to take up the challenge of developing the strategic direction for, and effective management of, the Lambeth Community Sports Team, ultimately ensuring the continued effective delivery of sports services in the borough.

You should have a range of sport development experiences, which include commissioning services and project management. You will be required to support staff and coaches to deliver sport sessions and programmes and be pro-active in identifying sporting areas that would benefit from further development.
