Community Development Officer

    The role includes research, outreach and networking with local communities to establish their leisure needs and aspirations and identifying development opportunities for GLL to meet these needs through the sourcing, bid writing and securing of funding.

    Applicants must hold a graduate qualification and have the skills and experience required through related work in sport, leisure, marketing or community development work. The ability to communicate, motivate and inspire and deliver, building effective working relationships with clients and partners at all levels, is essential.

    GLL is London’s largest operator of leisure centres now operating in over 40% of London’s boroughs including the 5 Olympic boroughs and Crystal Palace National Sports Centre.
