    Tottenham Hotspur Foundation are looking to recruit a Health & Wellbeing Senior Development Officer to join our Health & Wellbeing team on a full-time basis on a two year fixed term contract. The job holder will report to the Health & Wellbeing Manager will be based at the White Hart Lane Stadium.

     

    Salary/Benefits
    Salary £27,000 - £32,000 per annum. This is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week and the package includes 23 days holiday, continued professional development opportunities and other Club benefits.
    Main Job Purpose
    The primary aim is to improve the health of the local population through the development, co-ordination and delivery of evidence based health programmes and building on existing work in this area.
    ü The post holder will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation community-based NHS Health Check and associated physical activity programmes under the direction of the Health and Wellbeing Manager.
    ü The role will demand close working with a range of key partners, including Public Health colleagues, primary care and NHS Health Check providers.
    ü To be responsible for monitoring performance against targets and ensuring that project outcomes are shared with key partners in a timely manner.
    ü To develop new Health & Wellbeing programmes and partnerships across Haringey, Enfield, Barnet and Waltham Forest and other areas as deemed appropriate.
    Core Competences
    ü Degree in Health Promotion/Public Health or a relevant health-related discipline
    ü The candidate should have over three years experience of project management in Health & Physical Activity projects as well as experience of working across professional boundaries and partnership working.
    ü Ability to work to deadlines and time-manage effectively.
    ü Excellent communication skills to deal with the diversity of the groups involved.
    ü Good IT skills; willing to undergo training in new technologies.
    ü Ability to motivate and inspire others, good influencing skills
