  • Part-time Lottery Officer Vacancy

Harlequins are seeking to appoint a part-time Lottery Officer to administer and expand this growing programme. If you have a desire to work in London's only professional rugby club with teams in both the engage Super League and Guinness Premiership, be a part of a dynamic team then submit your application now.

    The Position

The Harlequins Rugby Academy Foundation was established to launch and deliver a lottery programme with the express purpose of generating a return to invest in the further development of both League and Union Academies.

This is a part-time appointment. Working hours will be on an agreed basis but will require flexibility to allow for some evening and weekend work. Given that this programme is new, there will be opportunities for growth as the membership increases.

    Key Duties

The Lottery Officer will be primarily responsible for recruitment and retention of lottery members, promotion of the lottery, co-ordination of matchday recruiters, administration of the membership database and draws.

The successful applicant will be required to work at both NEC Harlequins and Harlequins RL matchdays, which provide an important opportunity for recruitment of new members and promotion of winners to the audience.

If you think you have the ability to fulfil this role but don't necessarily have the experience, professional development support is provided along with a network open for sharing best practice.

    To Apply

To apply for the Lottery Officer position, email your CV together with a one page covering letter (less than 150 words) explaining why you would be the right person for the job and salary expectation to kurtp@quins.co.uk. Alternatively, post your application to the address below:
