With the release of the Active People Survey covering London, we've decided to break down and analyis the information relevant to the South London Region.
The document provides a top level view of the data from the Active People Survey 2005-6 that is relevant to the South London subregion.
The document focuses predominantly on participation in physical activity within the four weeks preceding the survey, but does also include a small section on sports volunteering and data on satisfaction with sporting provision. The participation data is broken down to the amount of participation in various groups covering gender, age, ethnicity, disability and socioeconomic status. Borough by borough comparison with data for the South London subregion (including Wandsworth) and London as a whole is also incorporated.
